A native of Ocean City, I reside here with my wife, Betty, and our six children, James ( 17 ), Thomas ( 15 ), Robert, ( 12 ), Kathryn Rose ( 8 ), Kristin Elizabeth ( 6 ) and Julie Christine (3)!.
For generations my family has owned property and in "America's Greatest Family Resort", dating as far back as the turn of the century.
I became a licensed Realtor in 1977 and obtained a real Estate Broker's license in 1980. During my career I have sold and marketed hundreds of property.
I was selected Realtor of the The Year for the Ocean City Board of Realtors in 1984, and obtained the professional designation as a G.R.I. in 1985.
In 1982 I became a partner in Robert L. Sharp Real Estate, a firm that maintained two Ocean City offices until I sold the business in July 1989 to Hager Real Estate, Inc., which merged with Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors on November 14, 2003.
As a member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors I have joint membership in the New Jersey Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I have been involved in many committees over the years, including Computers, Budget and Finance, Education and Indoctrination, and Professional Standards.
Each year since 1992 I have qualified as a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club, an award presented in recognition of outstanding sales achievement.
